About Rose and Millie Ltd Site

Eligibility – To be eligible to purchase goods on this site and lawfully enter into a contract with Rose and Millie Ltd on this site under English law you must a) be aged over 18 years old, b) be the holder of a valid credit/debit card or PayPal account.

 

Language – The contract between you and Rose and Millie Ltd will be concluded in English.

 

Before you place an order – Please read our terms and conditions carefully, prior to placing an order with us.  By placing an order with Rose and Millie Ltd you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.  If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us before placing an order.  These terms and conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.  This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.  This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.  Whilst we ae happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

 

Placing an Order – A contract between the customer and Rose and Betty Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges.

 

You will be guided through the order purchase process by a series of simple instructions and will have the opportunity to review your order and confirm it is correct prior to order completion. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledgement providing you with your order details and the value of your order, which has been debited to your debit/credit card/PayPal account. This is not an order acceptance form from Rose and Millie Ltd.

 

Unless we have notified you that we cannot accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with our cancellation procedure, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between Rose and Millie Ltd will take place when we have dispatched the ordered goods to you. To cancel an order that has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns procedure.

 

We may not accept your order if an item is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation on your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of our terms and conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen. If we are unable to complete your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by telephone or email advising you of this. Delivery – Free on all orders over £50 for all UK mainland orders – All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders should be dispatched within 5 working days of the order being placed. Our chosen delivery service is MyHermes who estimate that delivery takes approximately 3 working days. Any delivery timescales are approximate. Orders may be delivered in more than one part. We do not accept any liability for delay in delivery caused by third parties, weather conditions or any other reason outside of our reasonable control.

 

The Right to Cancel – You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to 14 calendar days after receipt of goods. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from receipt of goods. To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement. Please put your cancellation in writing and email us at sales@roseandmillie.com.Alternatively,y you can complete a model cancellation form which is provided below to comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you do not cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full including the delivery charge within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. Or 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods. (Please note we will not reimburse supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Please note the returned goods must be in a saleable condition. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

 

Returns Policy – If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days or receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged. Please note unless the goods are faulty, the cost of returning goods must be met by the customer and they will not be reimbursed for the cost of postage by Rose and Millie Ltd.

Unless faulty, earrings cannot be returned. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

How to make a return – For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please: Complete the reverse side of the of the invoice/delivery note (which comes with your order) and make a note of what you would like to exchange it for. Pack the items back in the parcel in the same way they were dispatched to you, enclose a copy of the invoice/delivery note and send it back to Returns Department, Rose and Millie Ltd, Bay Tree House, Gordon Lane, Curdridge, Southampton, SO32 2BE. When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. Please not when exchanging items, there will be a new delivery charge for the exchanged items.

 

Faulty Items – To return any faulty products to us, please: Complete the reverse side of the invoice/delivery note (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.  Pack the items back in the parcel in the same way as they were dispatched to you, enclose the invoice/delivery note and send it back to Returns Department, Rose and Millie Ltd, Bay Tree House, Gordon Road, Curdridge, Hampshire, SO32 2BE.  When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting.  We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.  We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage if the return item is faulty.

 

Payment and Taxes – We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or debit card.  We currently accept payments by PayPal, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, Amex and Visa Electron.  All transactions are shown in £ Sterling.  All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in £ Sterling where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate but exclusive of delivery charges.  If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales order will be zero.  If your order is being sent to a member of state of the EC, then the selling price will include VAT at the current.  The current rate of Vat is 20%.  Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

 

You must pay using one of the above methods.  By making a payment you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.  All credit/debit cardholders are subject to violation checks and authorised by the card issuer.  If the issuer for any reason refuses to authorise payment to us, pre or post payment, we will not be liable for a delay or cancellation of your order.

 

Acceptance of Goods – When you receive your goods, you must inspect them carefully.  You will have deemed to have accepted them unless you notify us that you have cancelled your order and/or you return them to us in accordance with our returns procedure.  If you take no such action, then we will not be obliged to refund you.
